The QNAP VS-12164U-RP Pro+ VioStor NVR (Network Video Recorder) is the high-end 2U chassis network surveillance server which supports high quality real-time video/audio monitoring, megapixel recording (up to 10-megapixel), and playback of multiple IP cameras. The VioStor VS-12164U-RP Pro+ can simultaneously handle inputs from up to 64-megapixel cameras. Featuring a powerful quad-core Intel Core i5 processor and DDR3 memory, this enterprise-grade NVR delivers high performance with throughput of 450 Mbps for recording and smooth playback of multiple megapixel cameras. Do they specify product condition?

Is the product covered by warranty?

All brand new products come with a full manufacturer warranty, right? Not always; it depends where the products were sourced from. You may have heard of the grey market or parallel imports? Manufacturers often stipulate the geographical regions in which their products are designated for sale. Unscrupulous suppliers seek to source goods from outside of these regions at cheaper costs which they pass on via cheaper prices.
